1. Your dates

This is for when you opened a notification that asks you to fix something or send a document. The file number goes into a cover letter in Spanish you can copy. What each line rests on is quoted from the BOE. Free: everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent. This kit does not assess your file.

The regulation gives three months from the notification of the request to fix the fault or attach the documents.

2. What the texts say to send

The regulation says you are asked to fix the fault or to attach the documents that apply, electronically or as physical documents, so that they can be checked.

The Ministry's order lists, among the steps of the instruction, asking you for any other document needed to prove the requirements of article 22 of the Civil Code, or when the ones you filed do not prove them well enough.

3. The cover letter

4. Before you send it

1. Write down the day the notification was made available and the day you opened it. Read the end date in section 1 and confirm it with the office that sent the request.
2. Attach what the request names, document by document, and name each one in the letter as the request does.
