The CCSE mock on civiqpass.com is free and needs no account.

The DELE A2 pack costs €19, paid once. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The price is final: any VAT that applies is included.

The pack contains only the modules listed on the order page at the moment you pay. Anything not listed there, such as speaking practice or feedback on your writing, is not included and is not sold.

After you pay on Stripe, you receive an email with your personal link. It gives you access for 365 days from the payment. Do not share the link. If the email does not arrive, ask for the link again at civiqpass.com/pack or write to support@civiqpass.com.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. See Refunds.

The File Pack is a workspace for your Spanish nationality file. It is sold on civiqpass.com/expediente at the price shown there before you pay, in one payment. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The price is final: any VAT that applies is included.

The File Pack organises your documents and dates and works out dates from the rules quoted next to them. It is not legal advice, CiviqPass does not file anything for you, and nothing in it promises a decision on your file. What you type in it stays in your browser and is not sent to us. CiviqPass is not a law firm and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Justice or any other public body. The rules and requirements it quotes can change: check the official source before you file.

The right to a refund within 14 days of payment does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services, or your other legal rights as a consumer: if a pack does not work as described, you are entitled to have it corrected, to a price reduction or to a refund, and nothing in these terms limits the liability the law does not allow us to limit.
