Refunds

You can get all of your €19 back within 14 days of payment for the DELE A2 pack. You do not have to give a reason, and we deduct nothing for the time you used it.

To withdraw, use the form at civiqpass.com/withdraw, or the link “Withdraw from contract here” in the footer of every page. Enter your name and the email address you paid with, choose the pack and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You do not need an account. You can also write to support@civiqpass.com from the address you paid with.

If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the full price to the payment method you used and your link stops working. We store the time of your statement (UTC) and send you one confirmation email with the amount and the time of your statement, in the language you paid in. Your bank decides how long the refund takes to appear on your statement. Once the 14 days have passed the right of withdrawal has ended.

The same applies to the File Pack: you can get everything you paid for it back within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, and we deduct nothing for the time you used it. Use the withdrawal form in the same way. Once the refund is made, your File Pack link stops working.
